2 year anniversary for onebillionviews.com

Exactly 2 years ago to the date, I launched onebillionviews.com as a result of a bet with my mates Robbo and Wayne. I bet them 20 cartons of beer that my site will reach the one billion views mark.

2 years, over 2,000,000 views, 73 ads sold and $2701 in ad sales later, I can say that I am well on the way to the magical mark.

I would like to thank all the people that bought ads over the months as well as all the people that spread the word about the site.

As a way of thanking everyone, I redesigned the site. The site will from now on, besides containing information about the bet and all the ads, also contain daily funny news and links that will entertain you the reader and hopefully get you to come back.

Let's hope the next 2 million views come quicker then the first.
